Think & Drink – The Wreck of RMS Titanic
August 1 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Please join the Wisconsin Maritime Museum on August 1st at 6:30pm for our Think & Drink at SubPub presentation “Wreck of RMS Titanic” with NOAA maritime archaeologist Caitlin Zant. The featured drink of the night will be the Iceberg. This event will be on the roof deck, weather permitting.
As the most famous shipwreck in the world, the story of the Titanic has inspired a fascination and love of maritime archaeology in millions. Caitlin Zant, maritime archaeologist for the Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary, is one of those people. Take a deep dive with her as she talks about the shipwreck that shocked the world twice; first when RMS Titanic sank on April 14, 1912 and second when it was discovered 73 years later.
Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase at Sub Pub’s full bar.
Doors and bar open at 5:00 pm. The talk will begin at 6:30 pm. This talk will only be available in person. Admission is free.
