This site is already an active part of the WMM campus. Yet, the multiphase design of this project means the Wisconsin Maritime Heritage Center will take an estimated 3 years to fully transform into the dynamic research and education center we envision.

The total cost of the renovations are expected to cost over $2 million dollars. The good news is that we have over $400,000 raised to date (!!!) and phase 1 is well underway, carried out by A.C.E. construction.  The most outwardly visible portions of the project are being tackled first, so you will see an improved exterior and work on the garden taking place over the next 12 months.  We will continue to seek federal, state, and city support.  However, we need your help to reach our fundraising goal for this project.
