"Harvesting the Inland Seas - Commercial Fishing on the Great Lakes"
An exhibit that traces lake fishing from the 1830s to the present, focusing on Wisconsin and illustrating how this once thriving industry contributed to the economy and flavor of the area.
Annual USS Cobia Crew Reunion

The crew of USS COBIA will gather for their annual reunion in Manitowoc! Museum visitors can meet the crewmen and their families, listen to the stories from COBIA’s years in service, and hear COBIA’s engines come to life during an engine startup on Saturday, August, 23rd.

The 6th Annual Commodore's Ball - Passport to the World

Save the date for this annual fundraising event for the Wisconsin Maritime Museum. Join us for a "Passport to the World" as we honor The Manitowoc Company's Terry Growcock, Chairman of the Board. The entire Museum will open to guests for food, beverages, and entertainment by the Garth Neustadter Trio on a global tour of countries where The Manitowoc Company has established a presence. Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to bid on a wide array of silent auction items. The live auction will be held in the Wisconsin-Built Boat Gallery, while guests enjoy dessert, coffee, and dancing to the euphonious music of the Garth Neustadter Trio.

28 Boat Reunion & USS LAGARTO Remembrance

The "28-Boat Reunion" honors those who served aboard Manitowoc’s submarines during and after World War II, as well as the thousands of people in Northeastern Wisconsin who built them. Plans for the reunion include an engine start up aboard USS Cobia, the annual USS Lagarto Remembrance Day Ceremony, and a premier showing of Lost and Found: The Legacy of USS Lagarto.
